Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Manufacturing Time: Once payment is confirmed, your custom carton boxes are manufactured within 5–10 business days, depending on order quantity, box complexity, and printing specifications.
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an SMS/email notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery Timeline: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Bulk Orders: For large bulk orders (10,000+ pieces), delivery timelines may be extended. Our team will communicate specific timelines at the time of order confirmation.
  • Shipping Charges: Orders above ₹50,000 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Return Policy
Important: Since all carton boxes are custom manufactured as per your specific dimensions, ply, and printing requirements, returns for change of mind or incorrect specifications provided by the customer are not accepted.
When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect

    Boxes received with visible manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect ply, damaged fluting, delamination) that were not caused during transit.

  • Wrong Dimensions

    Significant deviation from the confirmed order dimensions (beyond industry tolerance of ±5mm).

  • Printing Errors

    If printed artwork does not match the approved design proof (colour variations within standard print tolerance are not considered errors).

  • Transit Damage

    Significant damage during transport that renders boxes unusable (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence).
