At Kanya Packaging, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our corrugated carton boxes are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications (dimensions, ply type, GSM, printing), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review the details below.
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
Boxes with confirmed manufacturing defects (incorrect ply, damaged fluting, delamination) verified by our quality team.
Significant deviation from confirmed order dimensions (beyond the standard industry tolerance of ±5mm).
Substantial damage during shipping rendering boxes completely unusable. Must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.
Order not delivered within 30 days of confirmed dispatch date and goods cannot be traced.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for orders cancelled after manufacturing has begun.
- Customer-Provided Errors: If incorrect dimensions, ply, or specifications were provided by you at the time of ordering.
- Minor Variations: Minor colour shade variations in printing (within standard print tolerance) or dimensional variations within ±5mm.
- Post-Delivery Damage: Boxes damaged due to improper storage, handling, or usage after successful delivery.
- Late Reporting: Complaints raised more than 48 hours after delivery without valid justification.

Refund timelines start from the date of approval. Bank processing times may cause minor delays.
If you cancel your order before manufacturing has started, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellation is not possible as raw materials have been cut and processed to your custom specifications.
